FAQ's
Are you a fiduciary?
Yes. At WealthKeel, your needs come first - ahead of anything else. We have an ethical and legal obligation to do what's best for you.
What are your fees?
We utilize a flat-fee subscription model and cap our fees. You can learn more by heading to our services page where we share our exact flat-fee structure. No surprises, the way it should be.
Are you a CFP?
Yes, we are! Our team comprises several CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERS™. These marks indicate that we have completed rigorous training and education requirements, uphold a strict ethical obligation to our clients, and continue to educate ourselves on the best financial planning and advice practices to build on.
Do you specialize in working with physicians?
We do! We’re passionate about serving physicians in their 30s-50s. Why? We firmly believe that you are working hard and making a lot of critical financial decisions. Too often, physicians end up waiting until they’re in their 60s to take a closer look at their finances. Unfortunately, by then, we have lost our biggest advantage, time. When you build your financial plan early, you’re able to leverage your wealth to live an exceptional life now while still planning for an incredible future and retirement.
Today, WealthKeel serves only physicians and their families. In laymen terms, most of our clients’ household incomes are $400,000+ with many households having incomes in the mid-six figures to seven figures or greater and fall between the ages of 30 to 55. Net worth can vary drastically for our clients, from -$1,000,000 (thanks student loans!) to $8,000,000+. With our flat-fee subscription model, we do not have an asset or net worth minimum. Most of our households have at least one physician, but we also work with many dentists and vets too.
Do you offer services to medical residents and fellows?
We do! It’s never too early to start building your financial plan. Our monthly subscription is lowered while in training; schedule your free Icebreaker Call, and we can chat.
Do you have an investment minimum?
No, because we utilize a flat-fee subscription model. So, regardless of your net worth or how much you’re investing, you still have full access to comprehensive financial guidance, investment management, and ongoing support!
Do you work virtually?
Yes, it is one of our strong points! We have a virtual team that can serve you no matter where you’re located. We have clients across the country; a few of our major hubs include Tampa, Philadelphia, New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, and the state of California.
Are you a recommended White Coat Investor Advisor?
